A正確（were going to send也是正確的）。

但不理解為何B和C不正確呢？

句子開頭應該是：I was told...

主句是轉述類動詞（told），雖然是一般過去時，從句也可以用目前時間或以后時間范疇的時態。又由于 next week 尚將來到，所以，用are/is going to send 是允許的。

shall 表以后，僅限于第一人稱 I 和 we。別的人稱用 shall 不表示以后，而是“義務”或其他意思。因為 the company 是第三人稱，依據句意，這里不合適用shall。
