近日，廣州媒體臥底揭秘麥當(dāng)勞、肯德基等洋速食餐廳違規(guī)用工，其鐘點(diǎn)工的薪資低于非全日制職工最低小時(shí)薪資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。除此之外，洋速食連鎖店還被指控犯有不為兼職工繳納工傷保險(xiǎn)、故意延長(zhǎng)兼職工試用期等六宗罪。
