兩個(gè)說(shuō)法都對(duì)，但有不同：
1. There is much work to do.
表示說(shuō)話人與在場(chǎng)的人去做，等于：
There is much work for me/us to do.
2. There is much work to be done.
表示與說(shuō)話人沒(méi)關(guān)系的人去做，等于：
There is much work for him/them to do.
