Baked potato with tuna

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 1.5 hours

Large baking potato

Can of tuna

Tablespoon of mayonnaise

Knob1 of butter

Salt and pepper to season

Wash the potato, dry off and pierce skin with fork.

Place in preheated hot oven and cook for 1hour 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the tuna mayonnaise fillingdrain a tin of tuna and empty into a bowl.

Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix up.

Season to taste.

Check the potato is cooked through by testing that the flesh is soft with a knife or fork.

Cut in half and mush up a bit with a fork, adding a knob of butter along with the filling.
