The BRICS agreed to form a Contingency1 Reserve Arrangement, a 100 billion dollars fund to be managed by the central banks of the member countries. The facility will provide precautionary effect to forestall2 short term liquidity3 pressures and strengthen global financial stability.
金磚國家贊同打造一個應對儲備基金，由各成員國的中央銀行管理1000億USD的基金。該基金將在防止短期資金流動重壓和加大全球金融穩定方面起到預先防范用途。
Contingency Reserve Arrangement（CRA，應對儲備基金）就是此次金磚國家（BRICS）領導人會晤之后達成的協議之一，資金源自各國央行儲備（central bank reserves），用以防范各國短期資金流動重壓（forestall short-term liquidity pressures），加大全球金融穩定（strengthen global financial stability）。
此外，金磚國家還決定打造金磚國家開發銀行（BRICS Development Bank），為五個成員國的基礎設施建設提供資金支持（financing infrastructure4 projects）。
