Chinese authorities are seriously investigating reports that a national flag on the Japanese ambassador's car was ripped off in Beijing on Monday, amid a territorial1 row over disputed islands.

He ripped off a national flag on the Japanese ambassadors car.(他把日本駐華大使車(chē)上的國(guó)旗給扯走了。) A man snatched a national flag from the Japanese ambassadors car.

The lack of a meter allows drivers to rip off passengers.(出租車(chē)不安裝計(jì)價(jià)器使司機(jī)得以趁機(jī)宰客。)The 100-dollar jacket is such a rip-off.(那件100USD的夾克簡(jiǎn)直太宰人了。)
