The New Development Bank, to be headquartered in Shanghai, will have an initial authorized1 capital of 100 billion US dollars, and its initial subscribed2 capital of 50 billion dollars will be equally shared among founding members, according to the Fortaleza Declaration.
《福塔雷薩宣言》指出，總部設(shè)在上海的新進步銀行初期注冊資本將達到1000億USD，而初期的500億USD認繳資本將由5個創(chuàng)始成員國平均分攤。
此次成立金磚國家新進步銀行（New Development Bank，NDB）并設(shè)立應(yīng)對儲備基金（contingent reserve arrangement，CRA）是2013年《德班宣言》中有關(guān)協(xié)議的落地。新進步銀行將為金磚國家和其他進步中國家的基建和可持續(xù)進步提供資源支持（financing infrastructure3 projects and sustainable development）；應(yīng)對儲備基金則用以防范各國短期資金流動重壓（forestall short-term liquidity4 pressures），加大全球金融穩(wěn)定（strengthen global financial stability），并對現(xiàn)有些國際應(yīng)對機制形成補充（complement existing international arrangements）。
上文中提升的authorized capital指公司在注冊時上報的資金總額，即注冊資本，subscribed capital則是注冊資本中已經(jīng)由持股人認繳的資金，即認繳資本。
