The Communist Party of China's discipline inspection1 team in Hunan province has announced it is investigating 431 單次點擊成本 members and government workers on suspicion of electoral fraud in December 2012 and January 2013.
湖南紀律檢查委員會決定對431名在2012年12月到2013年1月期間涉嫌選舉舞弊的人大代表和政府員工進行調查。
Electoral fraud就是選舉舞弊，有時也譯作賄選，指illegal interference with the process of an election（非法干涉選舉過程的行為），在這里也可理解為破壞選舉。
現初步查明，共有56名當選的省人大代表存在送錢拉票（offering bribes2 for votes）行為，涉案金額人民幣1.1億余元，有518名衡陽人大代表和68名大會員工收受錢物。以賄賂方法當選的56名湖南人大代表資格被依法確認當選無效（disqualified）并予以通知；5名未送錢拉票但工作緊急失職的省人大代表也被依法通知終止其代表資格。
Fraud這個詞既能夠指欺騙、欺詐行為，也可以指冒牌貨、騙子，譬如：tax fraud（稅務欺詐）、credit card fraud（信用卡詐騙），或者He said he was an insurance salesman, but later she discovered he was a fraud（他說自己是保險營銷推廣員, 但她后來發現他是騙子）。
