1. Sometimes, there's very little good to say about a restaurant. For example, here the customer found the meat so tough that he wouldn't recommend it: The vegetables were fresh, but the meat was tough. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

2. To ask someone's opinion about a place you know about, but haven't been to, for example, a restaurant, you can ask:I've heard about that restaurant. What was the food like?
